I know results were not great, but tell me honestly, with so less time left before the tournament won't it mentally destabilize our boys and also if we bring a new coach what the hell can he do within this small amount of time? He should have been removed after the tournament
A Lot can be done by a new coach still 8 months left little more scouting is required in regions which were not scouted for physically strong players. we can made a descent team and hope for a good group so we have a chance of coming out of group. With Adam we were going nowhere. his tactics of using fast players with no plan B,weak defenders and strikers, overlooking talent filled areas like north, south and west India in favor of a single region led to this weak team. now I hope the new coach will put everything in place fast.
Terrible decision. The preparation of over 2 years will be less significant now if the new coach decides to change things drastically keeping in mind the time constraints.
All of a sudden AIFF have "balls" and "brains" according to some IFN members when a decision they agree with is made by AIFF, but throughout the year, these same members keep criticizing AIFF for anything and everything. In all wakes of life, this is known as double standards or a contradictory nature, which is more in tune with lacking "brains".
