I imagine they already have a few more foreign players signed but they are just not announcing them yet. This is Delhi Dynamos, no one knows how they work. I can easily see what deb said happening as well.

Sukhdev Patil will be 3rd Gk for FC Goa and so they have all 3 Indian GKS .. Lol and NEUFC says there is rule in ISL that you need to have 1 foreign GK

Its a circus ,NEUFC hv just created a rule only valid for them. Either way doesn't matter.
