We have reached quarter finals which is a remarkable achievement and Aiff can talk with SAI for more funds in future. SAI will also be satisfied that their funding was not a waste

I liked the Indian defense especially Indian no 4 Shabbas A . He was rock solid in defense and very cool and accustomed to play under pressure .

Haven't conceded a single goal I think if we can put chances away in the counter then we can be a formidable team against South Korea.

Hats off to the boys to come out of a group having Vietnam, Iran and hosts Indonesia.

  • Indonesia are not hosts. They are neighbouring country-thats why so many supporters. Malaysia is the Host nation.

@DX you haven't noticed another thing that this team neither has scored a single goal apart from that penelty goal. So even on counter we might miss our chances.

  • If india beat south korea then we will for sure win this tournament otherwise korea will be the winner...!!!
Defence is really fantastic...boys deserves claps for making to the quarterfinal from the group of death...and bibiano also deserves the credit
But we now need to focus on attack becoz if same situation continues korea will punish us
    Badly

The practice matches against big teams has made a huge difference to confidence level of these guys and once you hold of Iran( which is a huge huge thing), you get the confidence to play with pride against South Korea. I think they can go through to the World Cup solely on merit this time.

A little bit luck and some mental toughness is all what required. All the best team.

Really disappointed with Ravi Rana. He's probably the best players on team and hasn't done anything so far.
