    Karanjit is a solid Indian GK, Given CFC's pathetic line of GK imports he is a more safer option.

    Plus by having a decent Indian GK at the back would allow the coach to push an extra foreign player on the pitch.

    We have better Indian wingers than him to choose from.

    Cant believe ppl don't rate Karanjit when we have GK's like lakshmikant  katimanni, TP rehanesh and Sandip nandy still in the top league lists.

    Karanjit wasn't that bad last season in ISL... relative to other ISL keepers. Honestly would have retained him only if there was a rule about having only Indian goalkeepers.

    Jayesh is still only 24 and pretty much had his real breakout last season with Aizawl. He started every game, played the most minutes, and scored an equaled best goals for the champion of the league. I would expect him to be a hot commodity in ISL, especially since he is a cult favorite for Chennaiyin.
