Saw the Cooperage Stadium from outside while on the bus. The work is progressing fast. All the steel framework for the stands is in place. Next they would fix the seats I guess. Will bring you pics when I get time
I have seen the stadium from inside and i must say it looks pretty great. The pitch and other facilities are pretty good. The best part about the stadium is that it is located right in the heart of Mumbai. Thus we can expect quite a few people to turn up once the ground reopen. Btw anyone has a clue when will the matches be held at Cooperage. Last press release said March but with the ground being ready hopefully by this month itself, can we expect to see some action in this month itself?
