Hyderabad has potential. They were a traditional football centre earlier in India and kids do play football there. If Hyderabad FC can showcase some good football and with some marketing, people should arrive.
Hyderabad FC can start promoting their club by organizing local school level tournaments in the city. This way they can scout for potential talents for their youth development programme as well. They can also also organise working professionals' matches thus inculcating the game and their brand name among the numerous IT professionals and other young work force in the city. Then i guess promotion through radio, free tickets, involving local communities etc can help the people associate with the club. Only then can they develop a proper fan base. One of the major reasons behind Delhi failing to stick by their team was the lack of association of DD with thr people of the city.
Same promoters, same lack of connection. I don't see any upswing in the fortunes of the club with this management. Further city hopping also will not help.
