Thank you for sharing your experience with Garcia, @Soccerlover. He is, as you say, a very simple, sincere and genuinely good human being, a one of a kind in today's dog eat dog world of sports. EB supporters have also seen his passionate attachment with the club in his one year stint. I had seen him, particularly during the CFL, hugging and embracing the players after a goal was scored, tears of joy on his face. His departure will certainly make Kolkata football poorer. Better professionals/physical trainers will come and go but it is almost impossible to replace such good human beings, as you so aptly put it.
As for my mentioning that he is an excellent physical trainer, it was based on reports in the media and the Net. I remember when he had first come into United SC (the Prayag United), Ranti Martins had said that he had never seen such innovative training methods which Garcia practiced at the club. Other players at United, MB and EB have gone on record saying that they have benefitted immensely from Garcia's training and he helped them recover from injuries much faster. Blawant Singh, for one credited Garcia for helping him to recover after languishing for one year due to injury (https://www.mykhel.com/football/balwant-scores-winning-goal-thanks-mohun-bagan-fitness-trainer-012287.html)
#Since this is a transfer thread, more discussions on him should take place in the "Djair Garcia" thread under the Category Other Indian Football Topics

Seems like AIFF is serious about his case unlike Aryn
