20 Indian boys playing alongwith 8 foreigners would definitely help the Indian boys to adapt to a more physical aspect of the game..The only thing i'm not sure about is how they are going to select these foreigners???..Besides if they sell these players to other I-League clubs it would mean more Africans in the league!!!

What is so bad about more Africans? What is bad about Nigerians? If they are quality then fine. The problem is not that we are signing only Africans, the problem is that the Africans we sign are rejects from their country.
I am guessing you meant to say that there is no pressure to win. But there is. He has been coach for a few seasons now and that should be enough time (even with a balanced budget) to create a winning team. Its showing as well. I am not saying that he absolutely needs to win the I-League but he needs to come close. Also there are marketing reasons as well.
highlights from PFC-PRAYAG game which pune won 3-1
notable points:- 1) gouramangi singh is shit, being a senior player should organise his defense properly (should be dropped from senior NT) 2) pune fc missing 5 sitters... (finishing could come back to HAUNT them against defensively well organized sides) 3) james moga missing really easy chances too.. (even though he scored 2) 4) constant shouting and arguments amongst pune fc goalkeeper and defense (not good for teamwork and bonding)
I think your taking the talking to seriously between the goalkeeper and defense. That is normal with every team. In fact I saw lots of team bonding with the team, especially with James Moga and Dhouou Perrie.
Moga could have done better as well I agree but overall I do not think he should be disappointed. He did very well on both goals.
Also I think your being to harsh on Mangi. Mangi was ordinary against Pune but not shit. Could he be better... yes but it could be worse. Much worse.
about mangi...look at the number of open and easy chances that pune were creating...being a HIGHLY RATED DEFENDER (highly paid too :-P) he is the one who needs to organise his defense properly

And how can you do so with the defenders you have. Look at Prayag's backline. A very old Deepak Mandal and Anupam Sarkar are a major downgrade from national team guys like Syed Nabi and Nirmal Chettri.
Its like at Queens Park Rangers in England with Julio Cesar... the Brazilian World Cup goalkeeper who has to deal with a very very bad defense.
