yup ur right no news on rangers. reason could be that qpr are waiting to go back to PL so they can plan such a feeder club. no champ side can actually plan a feeder club with the difference in income between PL & football league.
btw there are loads of clubs anyways in chennai who have ambitious plans. netaji(very old club with history) & new club chennai united FC can be looked into for following. apart from these u also have challengers and arrows as well. all these are true blooded chennai teams.
