<br><div><br></div><div><br></div><div> but where is brandon fernandes he is a regular starter in our u-19 national team and he is currently playing in southafrica fr a academy called asd capetown</div>
He is to young. You really only put a player in a higher level when you think they are ready and when you think they will not play at the other level again. Example being Theo Walcott who started for the England Seniors but then went back to the u21s and never was the same. The level of play just gets harder.<div><br></div><div>Plus it is not as if Brandon is playing in the South African Premier League. He is playing primarly in the Cape Town League which is the level of the 2nd Division of I-League. Only difference is that they have the occasional Euro trip.</div><div><br></div><div>Wait a few years.</div>
<font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">For some reason AIFF has not declared the team list or camp publicly. But I can confirm you guys that the team shortlist is known to players and most are in Bangalore. First team meeting tomorrow.</font><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; "><br></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">my theory is that since AIFF has not yet decided on the u22 coach so they are not declaring anything otherwise they will be criticized for declaring a team without a coach. At the moment the team will be controlled by Arrows coaching staff (which is not the best thing as they will be biased), but it will be guided by Rob Baan also (this I cant confirm yet)...</font></div>
<font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">Yeah in some sense AIFF has done a good job of not declaring the player list before the coach is selected!! But, my major concern is the coach selection, with time passing in selection of coach, the situation is getting bad. Simply enough players are not sure who would be playing and thus might be problem in jelling. Next, the new coach wont get sufficient time to look at all the players and might selected players which is not the best. Thirdly even the team wont get the time to adjust to the new tactics.</font><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">By, the way what is the tentative date for coach selection?? and Is there any friendly matches arranged??</font></div>
