Yes everyone, let's not get ahead of ourselves. Oman is a good side and it is not a guaranteed victory for India. But I know Papas has a plan and we have to be able to execute it and then we can think about the win and further qualification.
OMG DID THE PHILLIPINES FIELD THEIR U-14 TEAM?!?!?!!? :O <div>This is not fair to India that teams in that group have a large goal difference due to Phillipines.</div><div><br></div><div>It's only that group that concerns me as the race for best 3rd place team might be between India and Malaysia. I don't think the 3rd best team from the group with Aus, and Jap will have more than 9 points.</div><div><br></div>

Papas comments about Oman clearly indicate that Omanis a good team..remember they drew with IRAQ , have a Home advantage, like India can change formation and have to Perform for their home fans.... Surely Oman will be a tough customer name and can End our Campaign..Let not celebrate before the Party begins..<br><br>Only worry is that IRAQ and UAE conviniently shake hands,,It worries me but like papas said lets just focus on our Oman Match...India U22 have aldready far Overachieved , not in our wildest dreams would we have though this would be India's Performance...who ever said foreign coaches are not useful???<br><br>Man I am excited to see PALIAN ARROWS play now..<br>
Only if we had tied Iraq......or beat UAE.......But I don't have any complaints from the performance of the team. We were just unlucky to do either though we dominated or played well. If Iraq respects the way we played them then they will go for the win. Otherwise, they will go for the tie, although tecnically if Iraq looses and India beat Oman by big margin, Iraq could be out of the tournament so they can't just sit back and relax. <div><br></div><div>Best case scenario: India wins, UAE looses</div><div>Worst Case Scenario: Oman wins and UAE gets hammered.</div><div>Most Realistic scenario: India wins, UAE looses </div>

<br><div><br></div><div>Agree. We also need to remember that Iraq still have something to play for and that is seeding. They need to win in order to get a favorable draw. UAE also needs to win but Iraq need it more as they have a chance for a better seed.</div><div><br></div><div>India need the 2nd place more than 3rd for seeding reasons as I guess that 3rd place gets the worse seeding.</div>
