The reason am excited about this u-22 team is coz we will have few players already capped in the India senior team and some on the brink of it(part of previous u-23 team) playing...Imagine a starting 11 of jeje,manandeep,ralte,lalrozama,prathamesh etc!!!!!!!!!!!<br>
the only surprising thing is that if we can have players from u-19 team like fela,bikramjit,pranoy,prabir etc then why not brandon??..maybe cos he's younger than them but the camp wud have been another great exposure for him...If guys like dika can make senior team at the age of 18-19 then why cant brandon be part of u-22 team..<br>

Fernandes is only 18 I believe. I would wait a few years. There is obviously something about the u19 players there that have attracted the eye of Baan.<div><br></div><div>I hope we see a Jeje and Sabeeth partnership. Before I said no to Jeje but he is now coming off an injury and needs the games. Manandeep off the bench.</div><div><br></div><div>So the forwards look fine.</div><div><br></div><div>Then in goal we have good players like Gurpreet and Soram.</div>
Well... going into April he only had 3 goals. He scored 3 against Chirag (not hard to do) and 3 more against other teams all in 1 month.<div><br></div><div>Not impressive. So looks like it will be more Manandeep and Jeje partnership then.</div>
