<font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">I guess the DM could be moved into CM with attacking role to one of them, depending upon quality of opponent. </font><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">Coming to AM's position, the question is there any other player could is suitable for AM except Alwyn. Other midfielders are mostly suitable to play in either DM(Milan, Mall etc.) or on wings (likes of Manish, Ralte, etc.). </font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">Another problem, is that of striker, 4-2-3-1 requires striker how is very skillful and can play alone at top if required and score goals regulatory. Jeje is superb but he is good in holding but his final finishing is gone down drastically (after injury), Mandeep is good in that respect, but he losses the ball too often if he is alone in the box and surround by 1-2 top defenders. He lacks that creativity.  </font></div>

I am not sure of formation, but style is different surely...Trying to bring in more skills in the play...<div><br></div><div>@Ronny - Defence is not goos as Raju, arnab days....I think we will concede a few...Ramandeep, Prathamesh, deepak etc are not as good as them</div><div><br></div><div>@Rahulbhutani - Not sure about who will be strikers as Jeje is still not fully fit... Jeje, manan are definitely in contention. Also Fela might play a role.</div><div><br></div><div>I am most impressed by Midfielders - Alwyn, Dika, Manish Bhargav are awesome. Then there are guys like Bikramjit (good as DM), Romeo, Brian, Tirthankar, David etc.</div><div><br></div><div>But yes, should not think that can help us winning this in foreign condition...but its a good start</div>

for me the formation will be 4-4-1-1
    or 4-5-1
with jeje as the main forward since he can hold the ball which shall bring in others to play.....
alwyn to play behind him in the hole he shall be our main creative spark
dika and bhargav our two wingers

He won't be Arrows coach, as he is the head of AIFF academy in Mumbai.</div><div>It says that Raymond was not happy with Indian infrastructure and so he was not sure about the offer. So, now federation doesn't have much choice and going to rope in Arthur Papas.</div>
