Ya but why would you play him in qualifiers if he cant play anyway in the actual tournament in two years. These games should be about developing some new talents or giving for Pailan players some more matches. In Sanju's case he would be overage in 2014 and he is already established in I-League. Really is no point to bring him in.

Plus he might be called up for the Nehru Cup so give Sanju his rest.

Hope so!! He gets into national setup quick enough (be U22 or Senior team)!! He is a good player at national level but need to step up for International level.
From what I have seen from him he seems very much good enough for the senior team. If Wim does not choose him for Nehru Cup is because he has not had a chance to look at Sanju yet. I am sure next season Sanju will be chosen a lot.
not sure who has changed the date of birth details on wiki...but as arsenalfan said above the actual date of birth has to ben 1st jan 1991 onwards..we have had to drop many players..the 1st jan 1989 was for the olympic qlfrs last year...surely u cant have 1989 date of birth and call it u22 tournament...
