As expected, another pathetic performance by Indian Team, especially in the first half. We should remove the Aussie Coach. With this coach and his playing style, India will lose all the matches and come last. It took India 40 minutes to even take the ball into opposition D. All the time trying to copy Aussie style of Back pass, square pass and trying to initiate the move from the back from our own D. We are not supreme athletes like Aussies we cannot play back pass game. The players were so nervous trying to act according to Coach strategy. If the ball is fast, our players are not able to trap it cleanly for back pass. If ball is slow and wobbly, Belgium players stole it.
It was only after 40 minutes that Our Junior players started Indian style of running with the ball, dodging, dribbling and moving forward instead of pathetic Aussie Coach Back pass instructions. We got 2 goals in that phase. Then in last minute we were at Belgium's 23 yards. Then again Aussie Coach Back pass strategy. For 40 seconds we pulled the ball all the way deep into our half with back passes and lost the ball with 20 seconds left. belgium scored with 14 seconds left. Very Frustrating. We never learnt anything after disastrous Olympics in 2012. Same Back Pass strategy. Play Indian style. We are not Aussies.
Yes we cannot be worse then this performance. Indian Coach should be the answer. We have Coaches like A K Bansal, Cedric D Souza who have good thinking Brain. Enough of these Back Pass Aussies who pull India to the last position in every tournament.
The matter of fact that they were technically and physically superior than indian.....so 2-3 loss is not pathetic...india fought well...india ranks 8th so top 8 is target not wc....and belgium is 2nd best team in group
