That is why there coach is a man who has never coached anywhere other than Nepal. I mean I understand bringing up the youth but make them around 18 (Canada gave a 17 year old his debut for against the USA last June) but U14!!!! Thats stupid.
Their U-14 is not really U-14 and they know it..thats why that kid got to play!

OMG these are the real words and I hope they come true soon as he is 18 now ASD
Director Mike Steptoe believes he is as good as his hype, if not
better, stating: "Brandon has deservedly been on the radar of several
English clubs for a while now, and it's fair to predict that a move is
imminent. He has the potential to more than fulfil the expectation that
precedes him, and in doing so will be an excellent ambassador for Goa
and the Indian sub-continent".
Wow... just wow. Brandon Fernandes, if he lives up to the hype around him, will make a great team with Uttam, Jeje, Lalrindika, Subrata and many more for years to come. Cant wait. I wonder, Brandon is 19 now (If I recall correctly) and the 2015 AFC Asian Cup is in 2015 obviously, making him 22.
Would it be right for India to cap him in 2014 (possibly the AFC Challenge Cup) to see if he would be good enough for the Asian Cup?

he is 17 :P
That is why I added, If I recall correctly. And a check will actually see that he is 18 now (20 September birthday). But still... he will be 20 years old when the AFC Asian Cup begins... ya, best to wait till 2019.
