Not happening. Klopp is happy to work with what he has for now. Things may change in the future but not now. Mane is of interest to Man Utd, not LFC who already have a bloated squad in attack. Draxler is just a dream and will not happen, and LFC have no interest.
It is very likely that the changes (if any in January) will be in defense or GK.
I missed Carra, Gerrard and sure some others like Hamann in the post about "legends" being happy with Klopp coming in. But yes, almost everyone is happy about Klopp's appointment.
Keep an eye out for Ruben Neves of FC Porto who is attracting interest from almost every top club in Europe including Real Madrid, Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Man Utd, Juventus, Napoli.
Eder has kick-started his career at Sampdoria and has made Italy his home but if he moves to a top club, it will be because they can't afford others like Milan and Inter.
As far as young players go, the following are well thought of and expected to shine in the future - Leon Goretzka, Max Meyer, Mosquito, Gabriel Barbosa, Nathan Ake, Jordon Ibe, Seyi Ojo, Ruben Neves, Santi Mina, Yuri Tielmans, Joao Mario, Gabriel Boschilla, Eder Balanta, Douglas Coutinho, Mammana, Dele Alli, Lucas Silva, Martin Odegaard, Lee Seung-woo, Kendedy, Ante Coric, Valmir Berisha, Marquinos, Patrick Roberts, Talisca off the top of my head.
Marquinhos is 21 and is still young. He has not been a regular at PSG owing to couple of issues - one he is being eased into the starting 11, two he has had injuries. Barcelona and Chelsea have a long term interest in Marquinhos and PSG have had to reject multiple bids more than in one window for him.
DAMN! One day I hope the ISL, I-League, or whatever eventually becomes the main, single league in India gets someone like Sebastian Giovinco in the league. Ya, having top stars in their 30s is awesome but the impact a guy in his prime but felt under-used in Europe can really make for some impactful football both on and off the field:
