Just from this it is obvious Prayag are signing just because he is Dutch.

Ya but just from being Dutch does not mean we are guaranteed a style we are used to when we see Dutch Football overall. From looking at his past it feels like they are signing the Dutch version of Carlos Roberto.
If you want a Dutch coach that badly why not Aron Winter. Former Dutch international who last coached in MLS but is available now and could be signed for cheap.

Asking to leave is too mild a word! He should have been shoed away....!
In spite of being requested to stay on as coach after today's game, Sanjay Sen called up club officials later in the evening and informed his decision to resign. Eelco Schattorie is scheduled to take charge Friday, if everything goes according to plan.
There is no record of him coaching in the Dutch First Division. VVV have no record of him being head coach. He was youth coach. His only head coaching jobs in first team football were in Oman and the Saudi 2nd Division. Not what I call a good coaching resume (even in Indian football standards, Morgan beats this). He is currently the coach of the Red Bull Ghana Academy. Red Bull Ghana is in the 2nd Division of Ghanian football.
However I wont say he will be a failure. Who the hell knows. Arsenal took a chance with Wenger (Coach who was in the Japanese League before people thought it was good) and look at how that turned out. But this seriously sounds like "Hey he is Dutch".
The article is somewhat overblown or the author doesn't have access to exact information. It was a head honcho of the sponsor Mr. Bagchi who was the reason behind the sacking although the club management was behind Sanjay. The sponsors have their representative in ex player Krishnendu Roy, who along with Mr. Bagchi masterminded this. The team was recruited by Prayag with Roy in an advisory capacity but once the season started, Sanjay Sen ensured that he had all say in technical matters and sidelined Roy.
NO WONDER I REPEATEDLY POINT OUT THAT the main reason it happens otherwise at Dempo is because of Dempo Srinivasan, who has laid out a system exemplifying greater patience.
Prayag was under no pressure whatsoever from a fan base but it was Mr. Bagchi's hastiness to make the club a champion no sooner he started investing in the club that led to Sanjoy Sen's exit.
Smaller steps to the top makes much more sense but few understand this simple concept, more so the rich.
