Do not add relegation as relegation would ensure that almost any ISL team would/could fold; however, since the ISL is young and in a volatile stage, a couple of teams could fold already but they can be replaced.

If FSDL does not want to have relegation in ISL fine. Atleast let League One& Two independently. Let the clubs in League 1&2 run the leagues, decide the scheduling, create their own Financial model, sell the television rights. If FSDL continue to control League One & Two, they will continue to stunt it's growth like they did with I-League.
I league club owners arent football geniuses. If they were, they would have already formed their own body and ran the league by themselves . They wouldnt have relied on AIFF.
