murali suggestion for your website can you make it a .com instead of that weird looking netne.net

Thanks bro'. I have that on my mind. Only concern is .netne.net is a free domain, but I will have to shell out close to Rs 2000 to buy a .com domain name. That's the only reason I have put up as many ads as possible on the site. I know these are causing a lot of trouble for the readers, but I am planning to get all the pop-unders removed once I earn some 20-25 dollars to enable me by a .com or .net domain name :-p

@projenator: I do respect your opinion. And I am not gonna put up the rumor unless I find something concrete. No hard feelings :-)

You seem to be a good natured guy with respect for one and all. I appreciate that you understand the need for deeper holistic analysis towards a conclusion as opposed to passing quick judgments on everything under the sun. Things are complex and not as transparent as it is internationally. I have fair idea of both national and international, so I can understand when folks are being judgmental based on their international experience. Indian cricket is not fully professional in spite of being the richest cricket board in the world, how can you expect Indian football to turn pro. Even the Indian IT industry is not as professional and innovative (product and consulting domain) as elsewhere abroad, no wonder they are facing the heat (except a couple)

I have been following national football for more than a couple dozen years, it's my hobby, my passion, my main leisure activity, so I have seen a lot. Even five years ago, there used to nothing, not this much TV, no youtube videos nothing, only Bengali newspaper and word of mouth from fans but you have to know who to trust and who not to, that can only be obtained through experience.

No worries I will help your blog with very reliable information just be patient and have classifications like 1. Squawk on the street (trust at your own risk) 2. Rumor 3. Realistic Rumor. 4. Confirmed. These are the four stages every transfer information goes through and if you can do this on your blog, it will clarify to the followers of your blog how serious you are at providing them the most reliable information instead of misleading them.

hope this helps.
Only 4 teams in the entire country look stable and cool heaed with thier transfer approache

1)PFC
2)Dempo
3)KEB
4)USFC

rest clubs i think are gonna end up paying very hefty sum to some shitty players. and these 4 clubs will wait till the end and make smart buyes...

The first 3 are best clubs in keeping their players together....and could add salgaokar to a extent

But USFC??lol are you new to the indian football??....may be they are doing this revamp as they are now entering some serious football season....

USFC's consistency with squad will be clear in next 2-3 years

PFC is an overrated team; they have more or less maintained the same the over the last couple of years, yet they haven't done anything worthwhile in the I - League. Their management may have some innovative ideas/have a professional approach, which is fine - but u need to convert them into results, which is yet to come.

What are u saying....in there first season they came 3rd (First season!!!!)

2nd season - 5th

3rd season - will be 4-5

The team has much less budget than the big two in Kolkata and the top 2 clubs of Goa...yet PFC has been a formidable opposition.

Well...if u r happy with a consistent 4th/5th position for the last 3 years, and with all those talks of professionalism, then I really do not know how does one measure the performance graph! People would be hardly interested to know whether they can afford big names or not....

Dude you need to give the team some sort of time ..no team from india came 3rd ,5,5 in thier opening 3 seasons.
with a bit of luck and a bit more experience, they could have won this year's i league.. do you know what a comeback this team made after first 7 league games.. PFC is the club of the future. they are showing how a pro club should be run not like 2 ducks sailing in the green and maroon waters.

you never know know venky's blackburn out ,it s high possibilty that even blackburn can invest in PFC(Pune its their hometown)
