I will warn you however that Ricketts does not stay that long. Look at his history, he only stays for short periods because of contract or other issues (mainly off the pitch). He is probably here because a deal to play for Peterbough (3rd Division of England) broke down and I bet he will be looking to move back to England in January.
That is way long dream because i seriously doubt the old legs in dempo squad who could go that long to win the continental championships may be if they bring some upcoming talents like jeje ralte in coming season could change but for now bit distant dream
