The Indian women’s national team will commence its preparation camp for the 2014 AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers on April 1.
The camp will be held in Pune and it will conclude on May 10 according to the latest schedule.
India’s qualifying campaign for the 2014 AFC Women’s Asian Cup will kick-off against Myanmar on May 21, before they take on Chinese Taipei (May 23) and Palestine (May 25) in the remaining Group D matches.
Palestine will be the host for Group D and the matches will be played at the Faisal Al-Husseini International Stadium in the West Bank.
Former India international player Anadi Barua was today retained chief coach of the Indian women's football team for the 2014 AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers to be held in Palestine in May.
The Indian Women’s Senior National Team will be playing two International Friendlies against Bahrain on May 14 and 16, 2013 ahead of their AFC Women’s Asian Cup qualifiers which begins on May 21, 2013 in Palestine.
India have been clubbed with Myanmar, Chinese Taipei, and hosts Palestine in Group D. They play Myanmar in their opening game on May 21 at the Faisal Al Huseni Stadium, West Bank.
