Guam's American's are from colleges. Only 1 player from Guam is in MLS but I doubt he can help.
from the looks of its explained on filipino site it could be 5 groups of 3 teams each with some lower ranked teams having play offs....meaning 2 matches for each team in group..smashing..why cant u just play a 2 legged home n away qualifier with another team if u gonna give teams 2 matches.. whole point of this is more matches and exposure.. not surprised to see nepal host groups..they have done pretty much every year..
