If they change venue at the last moment, I dont think that they will scrap Maldives team and invite India instead. Teams will stay same. Also media reports always say that construction is not ready in every tournament. India media went crazy on Commonwealth Games that stadiums not ready, games shpuld be cancelled-but Games were on time. Same thing we saw in london olympics and now we will see media frenzy on 2014 World cup. AFC will hold tournament in the stadiums in maldives-thats it.
