Anyway, that is not the point. The point is that even at the highest levels goalkeepers can make stupid mistakes. It takes more a strong man though to forget those stupid mistakes and move on. That counts for player and fans.
I think those stats say for themselves - England WC goalie after that playing 1 more international game and only 9 more premier league game...
My point was Green is the worst example to give regarding this, there are plenty of goalies who have made howlers and then came back strong. Anyways Gurpreet's issue is that its not just one goal, but the timing...things which can cost them the trophy
