How? Moreover IMG league will have 5 to 6 foreign players in starting XI.

Sorry for not able to reply. I am the SAM. So, don't build any confusion. I have several time mentioned good points of IPFL like growing popularity of football, development of some infrastructures, young indian players getting chance to play with foreign stars, making football a pan india sport. When IPL started, it copied the idea from ICL. Nobody knew IPL will be a success or failure. I don't want to compare cricket and football but at least we can take a chance. Now I think 16 long years are over after NFL started. Indian football is going no where we all know that. This can dramatically change some aspects. If it is a failure we can anyway stop it after 1 or 2 year. Clubs will not loose their fame even if this league starts. I know most of the IFN guys are not in favour of IPFL. These are my own opinion. We all will see in future what happens in reality after this league starts. I think it will do good if clubs aiff and we all support it. But one thing is for sure we all want betterment of Indian football and nothing else. So lets see. I am hopeful.

<br><br>first you guys say no foreigners will play in this league due to bad infrastructure and stuff now you change your mind and say 5-6 will play make up your mind bro<br><br>2-3 foreign players will be more than enough if more good <br>if there will be 6-8 teams with 3-4 foreigners and 10 players total who are active on field so that means 6 indian players per team=36-48 total indians in league so that means there is 36-48 hidden talent which still has good or even excellent quality but no one knows about them.adding substitutes is even more.<br><br>All these players may get the recognition they deserve and get selected for Clubs or even NT<br><br>Hence IMG is beneficial to the country after all <br>

<br><div><br></div><div>Really? What exposure. You do know that the reporters and facebook guys are saying bullshit when they say that youth players never get chances, right? It is true. Churchill Brothers gave 3 players their debuts in January and they are the champions and most players were aged 22-28 for their championship season. East Bengal were youth heavy with Arnab Mondal, Sanju Pradhan, Lalrindika Ralte, Naoba Singh, Manandeep Singh, and Robin Singh, as well as Gurpreet Singh Sandhu getting plenty of minutes. Same with Pune FC who gave a debut to a 16-year old.</div><div><br></div><div>So I do not know what you mean with "<span style="font-size: 10pt;">did nt get a chance to shine in i league" because many youth players do get chances. The only ones that suffer really are forwards and that won't change in the IMG-League with foreigners probably dominating that as well.</span></div>

And you mean players who can be discovered in this league who are not in the I-League then think again. This is only 2-months long, how the hell can any FOOTBALLER (not cricket player or hockey player) impress the national team coach. Look at the example of the I-League this season. For the first two months it was all about Holicharan Narzary and Justin Stephen (real examples) but as the season progressed they regressed and we are went from thinking they were national team material to just normal players who had a hot streak.<div><br></div><div>Of course we may uncover a few gems but that is it. </div>
