Coach for Indian Football Team

Present coach of dempo sports club mr. Mrmando Colaco should be given the coaching post of our national football team.he has a good eye of choosing best footballers,i think under his coaching india will create good position in world football.what do you think my friends?is he eligible for this?

Yes of course he is eligible....but I think AIFF will only appoint foreign coach....Armando Colaco is no doubt good

Even Subrata Bhattachraya is good choice...in foreign coaches..Trevor Morgan or Karim is good....they will have attacking strategy

Armando is the best Indian coach at the moment considering his success rate and the way he builds his team. He should be made the head coach if Bob goes.

I totally agree with jose. he is the most respected coach in indian circuit and has excellent man-management capacity. he also has eye for good young talent. but unfortunately i think bengal lobby wont let him be.

Who do you guys think is the most suitable person for coaching the National Team and why?

I personally prefer Armando Colaco.
1. He wouldnot derate I-League.
2. He knows each every player like the back of his hand.
3. He knows the Asian Standard very well.
4. He doesnot play the long ball strategy which is not suited for Indians.
5. He maintains great Team Spirit.
6. He is an alright tactician.
7. He gives youth players a chance.

I dont think Karim, Armado or Trevor should become the Indian coach. It should be someone else.

Given between Karim and Armando, I would choose the latter. But I agree with gautam. We should get someone new and BIG
