Sangbad Pratidin reports Edeh Chidi and Sueoka are likely to be retained. Pahetic move I would say. If East Bengal need to do any better, they have to get rid of 35-looks-50 Ryuji Sueoka and Edeh Chidi, whose only skill that remains is shielding the ball for 5 seconds and then losing it.
The only thing Chidi is good for is getting the ball and then never passing it. I swear, he just gets it and tries in the most stupid way to score. At least nothing says they want to keep James "never defends" Moga.
Read in the Bengali Dailies about Chidi & Sueoka being retained by EB. Just a few days back the same dailies reported that Chidi & Sueoka both are in negotiation with Dempo !! I am convinced that these Bengali Dailies' reporters are just useless guys who hear something from a local tea stall and print it as "exclusives". Remember just a week back one Bengali channel said Ranty's token was with Mohun Bagan (I don't know how it is possible before the official end of the season) and since Friday they are jumping up & down that Ranty has taken the contract papers from EB and will sign it after their last match !!! I will not be surprised if I hear today that Ranty has decided to stay back to USC.
The Bottom line is... my dear friends ...beware of the Bengali Media. Most of the "exclusives" are baseless. But all of us enjoy gossips & rumors, so this thread is so popular !
Not baseless. ..Bengali journalists also think of themselves as part time agents. Some club officials also use these journalists to drum up such stories. Dont be surprised to find the player's themselves feed misinformation to drive up their final payrise
