Punjab FC will have 2pm kick offs for their home matches. 
NEROCA FC and TRAU FC will have mixed. Some 2pm amd some 5pm kick offs.

For Punjab fc may be due to coming winter sunlight goes away early & they don’t have floodlights installed

or may be you shouldn’t irritate aiff/fsdl to get better match timings

Punjab FC will play at Guru Nanak Stàdiúm, Ludhiana, which has flood lights and MPFC have played their under lights.

They have floodlights. I have watched a match under floodlights in their stadium.

I think it is more about TV telecast.

Maybe Punjab FC did not want pay extra charge for floodlights.
