Isn't Chhatrashal stadium meant for hockey only? Is the turf standard sized? What is the seating capacity? Who owns it?

Hockey stadium is Shivaji Stadium at Karol Bagh.
Chhatrasal Stadium is little bit north in Model Town Area of Delhi owned by Delhi Government. It was built as a training venue for 2010 comonwealth games. primarily for wrestling but there is athletics track and facilities for variety of sports. In preparation for 2010 comonwealth games, this was one of the prime training venues for indian sportspeople.
Delhi has a unique history. Union Territory and now a less then full fledged state.
Plus it hosted two grand events 1982 Asian Games and 2010 ommonwealth games.
Sporting failities are divided between different agencies.
Ambedkar stadium- historically known as Corporation Stadium hosted tournaments like Durand Cup, 1982 asian games football, DCM trophy / subroto cup etc. Ambedkar name was given to it during 1982 asian games.

Big stadiums like JLN Stadium which hosted openening ceremoniesof 1982 / 2010 games or National Stadium famous for Hockey are all Govt of India owned but sadly they are hardly used nowadays.to host any event. Even the offices and hostel facilities are slowly shut down
Besides these three bodies, Govt of India, Delhi Govt, Municipal corporation - there are some other players also.
