Gilbert missed the PK in last game versus BFc....seems to have fallen out of favour with Derrick since then....Bikash Jairu was seen as a more consistent option...
I think Derricks weak forward options in Duffy's injury absence and the over reliance on Douhou Pierre has stifled the lads like Clifton, Gilbert and some other promising Goans
If Lobo works a bit hard on his fitness and gets serious about football we will have a good attacking midfielder for India. He is skillful and knows when to release the ball.
