Looking at the score, it seems it is going to effect the 2022 AFC world cup qualification method. Even though, the scores are bad, but such kind of play will help the weaker team to improve. Hope AFC bosses stays with this structure next time around too.

I hope so. Playing stronger team regularly will help weaker teams for sure. I am talking about teams like Malaysia, India, etc. Being optimistic

I am not sure about the heat and humidity being the factor. Humidity is higher in malaysia and other SE countries. But temperature I agree can affect them but not to this extent. I believe it is more of jet lag and other factors. Many SE countries had their season completed recently, maybe players are too tired. I am guessing.
