Next AFC Asian Cup 2019 will have 24 teams instead of 16. But it is unlikely that SAFF or ASEAN region countries will take advantage. These two regions have become whipping boys. Only Thailand looks promising. Almost every Arab, every Central Asian, Thailand and big 4 of East Asia will get thru for Asian Cup.
