Previously we used to play only two matches so lets leave that and secondly those high ranked teams will be seeded so no two teams in the same group

The format for WCQ 2018 and ACQ 2019 has been confirmed.

Preliminary round will be played on June 2015 but only if the number of team entry is more than 40. Next round will have 8 groups of 5 teams each and the draw will be made July in Russia.

This is bad news or good news I'm not sure but the first 2 rounds of WCQ might be played on West/East Zone keeping costs in mind.

Cost is not a problem for afc...actually qualifier is nt organised by aiff..so not to worry

Yeah it's confirmed and that link leads to the AFC calender which was released last week.
