The world cup qualifiers coming at the wrong time for Gurpreet. One of his weakness was his inconsistency lets hope he can improve on that.

I feel we can still beat Nepal without him being our goalkeeper. Look at how much he has improved since moving to Norway... he would do so much better there, training at some great facilities with some great teammates than playing with India against Nepal!

I agree he should better concentrate on trying to be the main keeper their instead of coming down to India to playing a very underprepared Nepal team.

But then he should play 70% matches of national in next 2 years so that can move to higher league specially England

The English FA are working on further strengthening the rules of work permit in England. So it wouldn't be of much help.

I am considering that India will progress to the next round when Gurpreet Singh could join us. By that time he would have had a nice period to show his mettle in his club.
