There's no dearth of fans, NEED OF THE HOUR: 1. formalize and modernize recruiting process through player databases, performance monitoring 2. invest more funds in the academy and football schools.

I am constantly praying that these happen sooner than later. It's been so difficult getting these two into the heads of the officials.

Exactly but can Bagan fund both those things. I doubt they have the money and if they do then I doubt they would invest in Academy before "proven" players.

Just for this one game try connecting with the Nepali people. Nepal is a small country but can be looked as a gold mind for Indian football clubs a possibly a good pre-season destination if any club wants to practice at high-altitude in good stadiums with good spectators. Sure there are more important things for Bagan to worry about right now but when the opportunity comes you take it.

I wouldn't doubt the financial muscle of Bagan even one bit. If they want, they will do it. The inclination (except a few progressive corporates with international exposure) is towards short term glamor as opposed to long term vision. If they get a Tolgay, Ranti or even a Moga, they can strut him around in every meet and greet in the city with the fans wanting to get a glimpse, falling at their feet praying for goals coming season, the shutterbugs going berserk, pictures of the officials will be all over the local newspapers next morning, you know what I mean.

If they invest in an academy, it will take at least five years from today to bear any fruit, they don't know themselves if they will last that long. If you are aware of compensation at CxO levels, similar dilemma exists, no wonder EVA was coined instead of using EPS and stock price to compensate top bosses. Till date, EVA exists mostly in the confines of Business school text books and only a few limited companies use it as a metric to determine CxO compensation.

You know what i mean, you getting the drift, right
Jishu's last goal, a must watch at least a dozen times, such wonderful technique, smooth as silk, unimaginable accuracy.

<h6 class="uiStreamMessage" data-ft="{"type":1}"><span class="messageBody" data-ft="{"type":3}">http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=CMgvoKoYG_c
