What about the quarter-finals stage? From the schedule on the Durand cup website - shows 12 matches for the 12 teams participating in what's called the quaterfinal LEAGUE so does that mean 2 matches per team? Then how are the semifinalists decided? Schedule below is taken for Durand Cup website

As sad as I feel to say this, Isn't Churchill Brothers relegated due to the 'Stringent club laws' of AIFF, & heard most ridiculous news that they can't play in the Fed Cup this year even though they are defending champions! Do same rules apply here? Even Mohammedan for that matter? This does not come under the aegis of AIFF? And How are Dempo or KEB to play when most of their players are playing in ISL?
