Durand Cup was always shown on TV - DD from Ambedkar Stadium, Delhi. Now they are experimenting with going at other venues. I am not sure about TV this time.

Army teams have none 2nd Division teams have 2...so that's all the Goa Pro League & CFL teams... most i-League teams have 3 at the moment.. Salgaocar, Pune FC , Sporting Club de Goa all have 3 BFC have 4...
if they trim the limit to 2 then that could well affect the pre-season plans for BFC.. may be they would allow more substituions as this is more of a pre-season frinedlies
