Eelco don't need visa for Malaysia ..he can get on arrival as he is EU Passport holder.

The real question is how did Eelco get a visa for India. ...EB must've submitted a contract to Embassy and AIFF...

How can you appoint someone as coach while you have someone contracted already ??
