For Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Foreigners need PAP and Indian citizens need ILP? But I think that in case of Sports events, that will not be a problem. Foreign players anyways need visa for India. If there is any insurgency problems, Sports will help diffuse the tensions. They should go for ISL in Imphal, Aizawl.

After failing to get the India job, Ricki Herbert has moved on to become the head coach of the U23 team of Papua New Guinea!

Hopefully we can see a change at the helm next season for NorthEast United.

So far the head coaches for the Delhi Dynamos and NorthEast United have moved on to other jobs. Also hoping that Mumbai City go for someone else.

I would love to see IMG-Reliance actually try to bring in some coaches who were recently in the top leagues.

Don't know what Morgen will do as he is now coach of Dempo.

Materrazi has 2 years contract with Chennaiyin and the club gives him free hand in selecting foreigners so I expect very good foreigners next season since no draft
