Quote from some random dude when reading an article about the A-League recently, I guess this echo's the general thoughts from people here who dislike the ISL:
"What it did get me wondering about was implications for our own A-League. It left me kind of glad that the A-League is small, that it has its own niche and is largely followed by real football supporters who ‘get’ what the game is about and want to protect its traditions (unlike the FFA at times). We’re already witnessing the contrived separate walk-outs at Melbourne derbies, and I am concerned that if the FFA manages to sign up a commercial network as television broadcaster then it will also sell the game’s soul. Maybe I’m happier with a 10 team competition that is not yet too bastardised (despite Damien de Bohun’s best efforts)…"
@Cybertron looks like Mr. Hume wants SC's jobs. Some more similar statements & with NT having very little hope of avoiding the last place in the current WC group, and he would be the favorite.
Indian players are overrated and overpaid we are worst then Bhutan. Bhutani player signed for Thai 2nd division club while our players can't even get a club in Bhutan.
