For FC goa to attract best talent they should start their own academy in goa... I am sure then the local kids could make choice of joining them having seem the starts of FC goa gain more fame..
Till the time they stay with the ISL academy which is outside goa likely at Mumbai, the best talent of city might not try and better garner skills at Goan academies

* BRUNO Satin is the French agent for IMG-R ...their go to man for player's ...almost all the French players came through him last season.
