So, moving from an ISL side to an EPL side is such a big move in Indian football. Though he is a foreign player, but many indian players can see him as an inspiration & aim to reach high!!
He is definitely moving as Corinthians has decided to sell him as I mentioned here last week I think. If it is West ham, he will struggle to get a work permit as he hasn't played enough NT matches to qualify for work permit, and is too old to qualify through the "exceptional talent" criteria.
