So ATK,Goa and Kerala are pretty active so far in the transfer market..Pune did well in appointing a coach first..They sure will make some good signungs..Last season they brought in the best foreigners at the drop of a hat...NEUF & Delhi are messed up..Chennaiyin are active according to @gaffertape...
But what's about the richest ISL Club Mumbai..Nothing from them? any inside thing @gaffertape

Jamie dropped off a bit though this past season. Was it injury or quality? Went from a regular with Getafe to a few games in Greece.

Pune seems to have a good scouting network. They brought good players from dont know where.
Why does delhi suffer? Get a drogba or more recent player and build a decent team. You will get glory hunters in stadium.
