FIFA rule about 3 clubs...doubt he can play anywhere in India . Unless they make some exceptions due to calendar of existing leagues. Scandinavian players whose leagues don't align with other leagues...can pkay 3 .. but only when moving across the 2 leagues....ie winter and summer ones
