I expect JSW to go all out for a Bengaluru franchisee in ISL when it comes and with it they'll also shift focus to ISL.

actually its not surprising to hear PFC and Salgoacar closing...

1) to be frank Pune is not a footballing city and the return on investment is quite less or non-existent, won't be surprised if Pune City ISL franchise is closed  down or moved to a new place 

2) Goans have more or less accepted Goa FC as the sole entity in football fraternity(feel free to disagree) thereby diminishing the relevance of other clubs 

My biggest concern is BFC . Bengaluru franchise will be there in ISL  but will it be jsw owned one?..things aren't smooth between jsw and Karnataka FA...i heard there was a mutual implicit agreement between them regarding the development and use of Bangalore football stadium..as there is not much progress in this aspect(at least in public domain) they might very well throw in the towel as a act of giving the Karnataka FA the finger

JSW and KSFA animosity is all the more reason to do ISL.

Then you don't have to deal with KSFA....you just rent Kanteerava from SAI and agree to IMG-R whims and play ball

KSFA have some ridiculous demands. And stadium demolition and reconstruction is a much bigger land mine.

Kanteerava is an easier pay / rent and renovate
