The management team have really screwed up all the on field work...

Why should JSW to be blamed? I didnt get it.

JSW needs to first build a fan base. Why should they invest heavily in infrastructure when they weren't sure of the return!! When they had build some kind of fan base (after 2 years) they bid for building of the stadium, that was turn down by KSFA and given to Ozone group. Now if govt is not giving permission to KSFA for construction, then why JSW to be blamed.
