For MFC this is pre-season but for PIFA this was a good test to prove to themselves that they can challenge in 2nd division.. so once again we can rule this team out of competition in 2nd div
PP is from Maharashtra and WIFA. So these Mumbai teams figure in 2nd Division and some Businessman from Maharashtra also keep on getting Direct slot due to close connections. Dodsal, Kalyani Bharat, DSK. See how they close down teams from Air India, ONGC or tournaments like Durand Cup. They were not Businessman from maharashtra.
