Yes , like the teams are nurturing future chetris in off season in their residential training academy
All these are non issues for the jokers
Where is mcfc training ground again?
Senior team has to have player's & staff ...including many support staff on full time contracts.
Same for the U19/ U18 TEAM & U15 team
Have to have a training ground either leased for long term or one that they own.
Budgets and Profit and Loss statements. ...have to show a proportionate spend on Youth development compared to 1st team.
Stadium lease for full year....currently IMG-R has the rights to the grounds...
Match day operations are also handled by Star-IMG-R
Stadium criteria they will pass... as they have the required bucket seats...and dressing rooms...medical etc are all in order as taken care of by Central committee.
So ya, the only criteria they would find hard to pass would be in regards to youth development and even then, all that is needed is a U18 and U15 side.
Comments
As for the training ground, I don't know, but they did have one. The ISL teams did train despite the short length between each game.

Coaches credentials would fail in some cases
