There is no U-22 rule in Federation Cup & also there will be suspension after 2 yellow cards.....I believe.

Newly crowned Hero I-League Champions Bengaluru FC will clash swords against Aizawl FC in the first match of the Hero Federation Cup 2016 at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Aizawl, Mizoram on April 30, 2016. The inaugural match of Hero Federation Cup 2016 will be streamed live on I-League.Org from 3:00 PM.

So no telecast on Ten network this time?

Aizawl matches anyways were hardly shown on TV. What about other games when matches will be held at Mumbai, Bangalore. Those times also telecast or not?

Telecast Rights are with IMG-Reliance. AIFF should talk to them.

If 1st. R matches are not shown live, then what makes them schedule the SCG-MFC & Sal v Mohun Bagan at 4-30 pm in this heat ?? Why BFC is always permitted a 7-00 pm kick off at Kanteerava ?
